Karl and Paula Nelson's experience as effective caterers spans almost a decade. In 2002, Executive Chef Karl and Paula Nelson began a catering and delivery service to provide wholesome, whole foods to busy people. They offered meals-to-go for dual working families and others too busy to cook for themselves. That business grew to become Karl's Cuisine Café and Catering, but their mission stayed the same. Their emphasis on offering wholesome, natural, and delicious food is in contrast to the highly processed, mass produced items found at many catered events.
